Snehasadan, House of Love, takes care of destitute children and old aged persons.
Set up by Mission Board of Orthodox Church of India in 1994, in the suburb of Bangalore , Snehasadan is now the home of 35 children and 9 old men and women. Children are admitted irrespective of caste, creed or religion and are provided with all amenities including education free of cost. Likewise the Old Aged persons are also admitted irrespective of caste, creed, religion or gender and are taken care of free of cost.
As an extension of its activities, Snehasadan has also started a Tailoring Training Centre to provide training to unemployed women in the neighborhood. The first batch of 6 women is now undergoing training.
